WHS management systems have traditionally consisted of paper-based/documents, but are gradually moving to online systems with elements such as contractor management and incident reporting. Individuals with organizational responsibilities may contribute to the development and implementation of elements of a WHSMS appropriate to the nature and scale of the organization and its work health and safety (WHS) risks.

The business units involved in providing information must understand the communication protocols for releasing/distributing the information and the subsequent creating, securing, and storing of documents the information may trigger.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the interaction between the project manager and the different business units, and how to construct relocation documents to be distributed to project stakeholders.

A Move Champion is the primary contact for the staff members of a business unit for the duration of the relocation. The Move Champions play a significant part in the relocation project and are integral to having a successful relocation.
Move Champions are nominated by their business unit manager, and officially appointed by the relocation committee.
They report to the relocation project manager during the project lifecycle.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the important role of the Move Champion and of the level of engagement that the Move Champion will have when assisting the relocation process.

Consistent throughout the relocation process, the project manager will need to introduce to the relocation committee, move champions, Command Centre Committee and removals teams the reporting tools that will be used to document achievement and performance management.
The relocation reporting tools will nominate and advise the relevant stakeholders who need to attend meetings. It identifies who will chair the meeting, confirm meeting attendance and encourage people to fully prepare meeting contributions.
