Project team onboarding is the process of enrolling human resources to a workplace project. The goal is to make sure that everyone involved in the project understands the objectives and requirements, knows their roles and the expected outcome of the project.
A proper onboarding process should discuss the context before the specifics. It is important to note that the process should always be macro to micro when introducing a workplace project.
In addition, prepare good documentation of what has transpired so far before onboarding to greatly help and ease the process and enabling the project team to hit the ground running
