The project scope provides the reason why the project has been undertaken, the parties both internal and external that are involved, the activities that will be occurring, the locations, critical dates, and the processes to achieve the objectives.
A clear project scope will ensure an understanding of how the relocation will be managed and at what stage each key stakeholder’s input will be required.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how to develop a statement of intent that will serve as the overarching frame of reference of what the relocation is about.
