COURSE 4 - WORKPLACE STRATEGY AND SPACE PLANNING
Learners will gain an understanding of how the discovery activities are undertaken with assistance of subject matter experts, and learn the theories and steps to capture the workplace and space requirements.

COURSE 6 - BENCHMARK OF CURRENT AND POTENTIAL LOCATIONS - Stay vs Go Analysis
Learners will be introduced to the benchmarking processes, including Stay vs Go analysis and fit-out cost comparisons, and understand how these processes benefit the property acquisition projects.
COURSE 7 - DEVELOP STRATEGY FOR THE PORTFOLIO - Get Endorsement of Client Brief before Going to Market
