In this 3 part course series, you will learn about Project Stakeholder Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Communication Management.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify how relationships with project stakeholders are maintained
• Understand the process of a Procurement Strategy and your role in managing procurement
• Appreciate the importance of the Communication Plan and the types  of Interactions and communications that occur in a project

Course Topics

Course 1 - INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Gain an understanding of Project Stakeholder Management, and the key stakeholders, and their importance to the Project.

Course 2 - INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Learn Procurement Management processes and the responsibilities of the Project Manager when managing Procurement in their project.

Course 3 - INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

Gain an understanding of communication in Project Management, and how to develop and analyze a Communication Plan.
