Course 1 - The FM Being Onboarded to the Project
Learners will gain an understanding of the role of the FM when joining the project team and how the FM is vital to the project.
Course 2 - The FM - Plan for Change - Part 1
Learn about facilities management/workplace services deliverables, and how they’re important in contributing successful introduction of service into the new work environment.
Course 3 - The FM - Plan for Change - Part 2
Learn about the big engagement pieces such as End of Trip and Etiquette Guidelines, and how functional leads can be brought onboard to support the change and relocation initiatives.
