Course Topics

Course 1-3 - THE FM - EXECUTING THE CHANGES - ‘A TO Z’
  • Gain an understanding of the changes the FM and their team need to be across during the project period.
  • Learn how to provide some guidance to other members of the Project Working Group/Project Team.
  • Gain an understanding of how the FM manages the new building and develops strong relationships with employees.

This course is suitable for anyone wanting to explore the role of the Facilities Manager, including the type of activities and programmes that they may be involved in, or manage during the execution phase of a relocation project.
