Course 1 - Design and Workplace Principles Process - Socializing the Workplace Changes
Learners will gain an understanding of the outcomes of the Workplace Strategy and how the Change Manager should communicate to the PCG.
Course 2 - In Focus Topics - What are they and how are they Determined?
Learn where to get the ‘In Focus’ topics for the Change programme.
Course 3 - IT Discovery - Capturing Current and Future Requirements
Learners will gain an understanding of how technology can be a common theme in a Workplace Project.
Course 4 - Etiquettes for the New Workplace - and the Role of the Working Group
Learn how etiquettes will help underpin the changes made during the workplace change.
Course 5 - Meeting Spaces - What are the Work Point Functionalities for All Meeting Spaces in the New Office?
Learn about the importance of understanding the current state capabilities of the meeting spaces in the current workplace and the future state capabilities and user experience of the new workspace.

This course is suitable for anyone wanting to learn the ways to communicate with PCG, identify ‘In Focus’ topics, explore IT themes in the workplace, and understand the impact of change in the workings of the meeting spaces in the office.
