Course 1 - Your Role as a Workplace Strategist
Learners will gain an understanding of how the Workplace Strategist can help organizations to align how they plan, design, and manage their workplaces to meet their business goals and objectives.
Course 2 - Choosing the Right Person for the Strategist Role
Learn to identify the credentials, skills and abilities required by a Workplace Strategist, and understand the different roles and responsibilities of a Workplace Strategist in various Workplace Projects.
Course 3 - Introducing the Workplace Strategy Project Plan
Learners will be introduced to the process and phase of developing and organizing a Workplace Strategy Plan.
