In this 2 part course series, you will learn about the role of Real Estate/ Property Manager and the work they did to land an agreement with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Course 1 - Understanding the Property Strategy, Budget, and Business Case
Learn about the work completed by the Real Estate/Property Manager and how the decision was made to move.
Course 2 - Due Diligence and the Building Review
Learners will gain an understanding of the process, where the Project Director is involved in the building review - and the different types of due diligence that will be undertaken with the help of the professional technical consultants engaged.
