Course Topics

Course 1 - Tendering and Responding to the Tender
Learners will gain an understanding of creating a Workplace Strategy Project Brief, and the benefits of submitting a comprehensive and ‘value add’ tender response.
Course 2 - Fee Structuring - Calculating Costs for the Project
Learn the process of establishing project cost at different stages of development of the Workplace Project.
Course 3 - Onboarding the Project Team
Learn how to organize the planning team and effectively collaborate with the client’s team to facilitate decision-making and approval processes.
