Master documents for a business relocation include project scope document, relocation project manager’s program and move schedule, Transition plans, relocation risk register, relocation change register, Cost plan, Asset register and inventory and business continuity plans.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the master documents used during the relocation planning and execution, and the activities that the project stakeholders input to.

The relocation committee and move champions will be formed at the beginning of the planning phase of the relocation.
The relocation committee members will represent technical and functional teams within the organization. The Move Champions are the business unit representatives.
Command Centre Committee will be formed approximately 2-3 months prior to the relocation. The Command Centre mandate is to set up a facility that is the central point for engagement of activities for the resolution of issues identified during relocation.

The important things that need to inform potential removalists include the project program, fit out handover dates, and the timeline for pilot as well as full relocation.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of when to get other stakeholders involved in your relocation planning, in particular the removalists.

WHS management systems are not required by law, but are industry accepted for putting in place the policies, procedures, forms, templates and online systems to manage health and safety.
WHS management systems have traditionally consisted of paper-based/documents, but are gradually moving to online systems with elements such as contractor management and incident reporting. Individuals with organizational responsibilities may contribute to the development and implementation of elements of a WHSMS appropriate to the nature and scale of the organization and its work health and safety (WHS) risks.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how to discuss a WHS management system with OH&S/WHS representatives and senior business stakeholders.

The planning and execution of the physical relocation has the move date at the forefront throughout the accommodation project lifecycle. Pivotal to this is the role of the logistics specialists, the removalists.
The removals process will be procured throughout the planning phase of the relocation with the successful provider appointing a supervisor who will be a key role introduced to the wider project team respectively.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how to interact successfully with removalist teams and develop key documents in collaboration with project stakeholders.
