Course 1 - The FM Being Onboarded to the Project
Learners will gain an understanding of the role of the FM when joining the project team and how the FM is vital to the project.
Course 2 - The FM - Plan for Change - Part 1
Learn how important the FM and their team are to the successful introduction of service into a new work environment.
Course 3 - The FM - Plan for Change - Part 2
Learn about the big engagement pieces such as End of Trip and Etiquette Guidelines.
Course 4 - The FM’s Part in Closing Out the Project - Celebrating and Measuring Success
Learners will gain an understanding of the key things that the FM and their team will be doing in the last month of the project, and how they continue to manage the investment of the organization and the workplace going forward.
