Information Packs serve as a primary communication link between the project team and the business.
They will support design and content delivery processes into the production environment and improve user engagement, adoption of new ways of working and provide heads up or outline service management change in processes. These are very important tools so make the effort to compile Information Packs and get everyone on the same page.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of Information Packs, their place and purpose in your project, as well as the different audience that the Change Manager will address via Information Packs throughout the whole of project cycle.
Approximately 20 Minutes
Getting the right stakeholder groups together to discuss minor tweaks and adjustments to improve on the current design in the new premises and to consider cost/time neutral changes can be highly beneficial for all involved.
At every touchpoint promote opportunities to explore feedback which could be used as a lever to resolve challenges and promote better working environment without focusing each time on a design brief for the premises.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the strategy the IT Work stream and Change Manager will undergo to catalogue best IT engagement, integration and collaboration.

The Change Manager is responsible for introducing to employees where any range of capabilities will be changed due to technology uplift or inability to support old processes in the new environment.
This will be done by ensuring that Strategic Leaders and Change Champions understand the reason for the change, any impacts to their teams, and providing them with information, tools or techniques to handle the range of concerns their teams may have and provide predictive solutions to any support or training required to adopt the change.
The Change Manager does not manage the delivery of the IT strategy, nor execute it, but they will support it by socializing it through stakeholder engagement in any change of processes, tools, technologies, operating environments and applications that interact with any employees or customers.
In this course, you will gain an understanding that Technology is a common theme in a workplace project, and the importance that all stakeholders feel that the IT team really know and understand their requirements.
Approximately 20 Minutes

There should be continual opportunity for feedback to be gathered throughout the project when different initiatives are implemented.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of IT discovery exercise, the type of issues and special software or hardware requirements/uses that the Technology work stream will need to address with stakeholders, and the different initiatives that may be implemented in a project.

The Lessons Learned workshop can be the beginning of the ‘requirements gathering’ process for the design of the new workplace.
Different workshop styles, will be used to review design process & current layout, enabling the opportunity for co-creation of the new facility.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how Lessons Learned workshop can be the beginning of the ‘requirements gathering’ process for the design of the new workplace, and learn about the subject matter that could be covered as well as who could attend.
